On Tuesday 7 May at 5:00pm ladies league will start. Also on thursday 9 May at 9:00am . So all you ladies get your clubs dusted off and start swinging those clubs. Should be a great season this year. See you on the course.
Well here it is another year and the Newpage Maintenance crew could not wait any longer before having a tournament. Last night there were 36 golfers. The winners were: Greg Fergola/Tom Benedix/Mike Hartford/Butch Mckenna with a -1. Second place was a tie, The teams of: Tim Chambers/Bruce Clark/Kevin Stanley/Ricky Calden and the team of Zach Cunningham/Shawn Riley/Peter Bean/Clink Hall at a +1.
Oakdale will open on thursday morning, 25 april. The course is still a little wet so expect cart path only for a while. See you there
Mark your calendars for March 23rd. At 49 Franklin street in Rumford there will be a benefit for Nate Clark. There will be numerous raffle items and if there is anyone who would like to donate an item or would like to help please contact Jackie Kilbreth at 597-2167. The Oakdale Country Club ladies are in the process of putting some of their beautiful raffle baskets together. And if there are any handymen who would like to build a shelf or bookcase or something, it would be greatly appreciated So please set this date aside and plan to attend, more information will follow.
